The Weekly Council meeting

This topic will contain the results of the weeks council meeting and a record of anything that has changed within the clan! So don't worry, we will keep you informed!

The results of the council meeting on [02/08/2013]

• Jack was promoted to Adept.
  
• It was decided there will be a council at least once a week.
  
• The banner for the website and forum is to be changed, we are looking for a suitable image.
  
• Launch Date has been decided
  
• Launch story has been decided
  
• Plots have been decided. The galaxy will be neutral as we start.
  
• Renaissance Academy Yavin IV was chosen as a temporary home map.
  
• Councilor D.Yukishiro will be working on the timeline
  
• The news is to be updated daily.
  
• Trials were discussed but the discussion is to be continued at a later date
  
• Constitution will be updated soon
  
• The grappling hook will be enabled but it must be used responsibly and mostly on missions otherwise there will be irp and ooc punishments
  
• Inactivity - There is to be a two week grace period for ALL members, those members that are inactive for more than two weeks will be brought into question by the council and their rank may be in jeopardy unless they have posted an inactivity announcement.
  

Todays meeting... 07/08/2013

• Padawans.. Dark force powers.. Blasphemy
  Decision - No padawans are to be taught dark force powers, if any are found the master in question will be punished and the padawan will be stripped of her knowledge of the temple.
  
• Visitors in the temple
  Decision - there are to be many visitors in the temple the coming days all are to be treated with respect but they must all follow the servers codes of conduct or they will be removed.
  
• Skins...
  Knights + will have custom skins, Lower ranks will have to use premade skinpacks.
  

Today The following things were decided 21/08/2013

1. An Advanced power list is to be made and posted soon
   
2. Clan tags (DAJ) are going to be kept
   
3. Vrook has been appointed the head of the circle of healers for the time being
   
4. Knights are to have a maximum of one padawan at a time
   
5. Masters may if they wish take up to two padawans at any one time
   
6. Knights may have a maximum class size of 5 students at any one time [E.G. you can teach a force push class to five people, but no more at any one time, but
   
7. The application age limit has been enforced at (IRP) 16 for all new applicants, however this said you may create a character with a dark past or older than 16 but their acceptance depends upon the results of an interview with the council.
   
8. a public class list is to be implimented for scheduling classes
   
9. Padawans and adepts are to use provided skinpacks
   
10. Rules regarding Laming, OOC, Swearing.. etc are to be enforced more by server admins.
    

The Topics discussed at the recent Council meeting 07/09/2013

• We will not swap to OJP
  
• Knight trials will follow the following basic format - Jumps, Knowledge, Duels Finally a Mission led by the adept in question.
  
• Adept Trials Will continue to not-exist instead we will have adepts hand picked by the council for the time being.
  
• The Trials for initiate to padawan will consist of... Jumping course, Basic History and Knowledge, Finally a Crystal hunt. <To be done by the council for the time being>
  
• Galen is to begin his career here as an adept

Decision - She is to retain her initiate rank but may lose it if her innactivity continues for much longer (Sorry its procedure)

Decision - Is to be banned... NAH is to be made an adept.

Peace between the clans
Decision - We have not been particularly harsh towards the former DAJ and as such we will continue our allowance of their members on our servers to role-play unless any prohibited actions are taken. In return we would like for Civility on their part towards us also.

Skyler's inactivity
Decision: Skyler Sprax has been demoted back to the rank of adept cause of long term inactivity.
(This sadly enough was forgotten in the previous post).

Irisa's Inactivity
Decision: Irisa has been demoted back to the rank of initiate cause of long term inactivity.

Sylar & Nuhallis
End results: Both made adept.

~Latest council decisions - rather fast on the new meeting but some stuff had to be done.

(main) Plots: Some stuff had to be clear out, was rather messy in my opinion. Jack's plot is main plot, Aun and Nuh's plots are side plots. We will start maknig more faction information to clear out the mainplot and start to hit off more missions.

Mission Limits: We came to the decision that a mission limit should be added, one day there were 3 missions going on. We added a mission limit of 1 per day, so we can spread multiple missions over the week, gives us missions throughout the week.

Overall behaviour on server and OOC: Everyone should start to show more respect, there has been too many report on people misbehaving towards others, even councilors have been disrespected.
Dont forget we are all people with feelings(No this is not a joke), Just keep in mind we are trying to have fun together and we are not here to push everyones limits to the breaking point.

Adding RP elements for RP's & Plots: We want to see that original stuff is added and not necessarily canon. Please keep this in mind for further plans etc.

Alliance with old DAJ?: Currently we see too much inactivity and no interest on both sides for making one. Aside from this, there might have happened too much for even thinking about this in the future. No.

Changing Knight Admin: People are missing the abilities to merc and ghost as a knight admin. These admins rights have been kept away for a reason. Knight is the first admin class and is your chance to show you are capable of handling the admin responibilities. For now we havent made a decision of whetever adding more admin options or not, japlus site for changing the admin config seems to be down as well meaning i dont have much to work with.

Hopeful Lirin's trial: She is accepted into the order and passed her trials, she is now an Initiate, congratulations.

Trials are to be implimented.

Jedi are to be taught less generalisty, medics learn force heal, death wing, absorb protect

Accepted, jedi are to specialialise more in the new generations more details will be given later.

Knights are to learn advanced force powers from councilors to improve their skills?

there are a whole host of skills that old knights learned in ''off screen OP training'' this is stopped now, knights must learn their new force powers from a councilor, none of this may be done off server. It must be roleplayed out.

The same applies for things such as pyrokinesis, heal 3, protect 3, ALL that could be classed as advanced or more pointedly ''above adept level''

Decisions

1. Lilliandil is to be demoted for innactivity
   
2. Relationships are to be allowed however children require Majority council permission and the council will determine the gender and number of kids

5. Jacks Force Set - Jack is to review his force powers list and edit it to be realistic, if not the council will do it for him.

8. Skin Rules - As before knight and above only. If you are an alien species please ask drak to place your model into the pack>
