This arose the question of maybe it is personal revenge or a statement being made by some crime lord.

Either ways the Republic Investigators are currently following up leads to how this might have happened to the poor lad. the image above was taken by a surveillance camera at the moment of his death, and as it reveals the perpetrators did not reveal themselves. The Authority advises people whom live in the Factory Sector to be cautions, since at this time there is no hard evidence that this was just an attack on a solider, maybe it could expand to harming civilians, but The authorities promised to take all necessary steps to prevent this from happening again.
