Fall of Malastare
As the allied fleets reached malastare they realised they came too late, the planet had already fallen. Scouts had been failing to report back for several days and the allied forces suffered heavy losses as the fleets came out of hyperspace. Shortly afterwards the retreat was sounded. Allied forces are spread thin and it appears that the war has once again left us on the back foot. Is there no light beneath the crushing darkness of the vong assaults?
Fall of Rodia
The Cartel fleet has been forced to abandon Rodia. Several hours before a large number of pirate vessels abandoned the armada for an unknown reason. Regardless of this Rodia has been lost.
A Heroes Commended
Imperial Captain Tyricus Vaan and Alliance Trooper Jainus Zurrash have been commended today for bravery in the highest degree and acting beyond the call of duty. Working around the clock to liberate senators and injured troopers trapped on the burning city planet of coruscant. The pair worked seemlesly as a team and after rescuing the senators blasted their way out of the blockade. While there are still hero's in the galaxy there is still hope.
