Many of you may remember a man named Hicks Whitingham Founder, owner and runner of Hicks bits a store that has taken the Tatooine Junk trade by storm, he is most well noted for his creation of the Indestructdroid, also known as IDR1 This model of droid was based upon the R2 model that had such great success in early years, these heavily modified droids cost an arm and a leg retailing at 500,000 Republic credits. This high price was due to the list of features that were to be included with the droid.

Regardless this little droid seemed made to stand the test of time... but what happened? It turns out even though it was almost indestructable this failed it when it came to electric shocks and also a jedi or siths force powers.
But now The inventor claims its back With the IDR2 Additional features include, Advanced Artificial intelligence and emotional synthesiser, Larger memory capacity, A claimed immunity to Force effects and electric shocks.
If all these are true then perhaps we have the perfect droid of the future in an easily recognizable shell! Only time will tell but i know im on the buyers list.
